Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer payment plans?

We sure do. In order to secure your date, we do require a 50% deposit of the total amount, however we do offer flexible payment plans for the initial 50%. This can be arranged at the time of booking.

How far in advance should I lock in my date?

We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance as we only accept 2 floral bookings per date. This is to ensure we provide the best possible service and attention to detail that your wedding deserves. Our premium collections are exclusive, so dates fill up quickly during peak seasons. Please check our availability upon enquiry.

What materials are your flowers made from?

We use award winning, premium, high grade artificial silk, latex, velvet and polymer blends.

Can we move the ceremony flowers to the reception venue?

Yes of course, we love repurposing florals to maximise your budget. However depending on the size of the installation, our team must handle this to ensure there is no damage caused. Please speak with us regarding this upon enquiry.

What happens if I cancel my date?

After the booking has been confirmed. Any cancellation will incur a 50% forfeiting fee, as the initial deposit is non refundable. However if the event is simply moved from one date to another, we will happily change dates, if available, without any extra cost.

Can I change my theme colours at a later time?

Yes of course. You can change colours at any time after the booking has been made. There will be no additional fee for this.

Can I add or remove items from my booking if details change?

Definitely! Any changes that are made, such as guest numbers or design changes, simply let us know and we will amend this for you.

Do you travel long distances?

We mainly service the Sydney region only, however yes we can travel in certain circumstances. Such as the total distance, how much styling is required and whether we are available.

Can I see my florals in person prior to my date?

You sure can. Simply let us know a suitable date and time and we will organise a floral viewing at our warehouse located in Wetherill Park.

When is the final payment due?

Once the deposit has been made, the final payment or amount of the invoice is not due until 14 days prior to your wedding.

Do you require a bond?

Yes we do. We ask for a $500 bond payment a few days prior to the wedding date, where we will release this amount to you the first business day after your wedding. Typically held for 2-3 days. This is to ensure there is no damage to our hired items.
